Moments that mattered

The awards, degrees, talks and rooms I've been part of — and the work behind each one.

Award W3villa Technologies

Rising Star

The Rising Star award came after an intense, rewarding stretch at W3villa Technologies, where I took AI out of experiments and into products that enterprise customers use every day.

120K+
agent interactions a month
98%
intent accuracy
38%
lower LLM spend
60%
fewer prompt incidents

The work behind it

  • AI agents customers actually use. Led multi-tenant agent platforms for HRMS, CRM and LMS products — past 120,000 interactions a month, at 98% intent accuracy and under two seconds a response.
  • Reliable tool calling. Fine-tuned small models with LoRA and QLoRA so they call tools predictably — 34% more deterministic, with 41% fewer hallucinations.
  • Search that feels instant. Rebuilt retrieval around hybrid keyword + vector search with reranking, taking latency from 420ms to 273ms and making a million enterprise records easier to find.
  • Smaller bills, faster answers. Moved serving to vLLM and TensorRT with quantisation and semantic caching — three times the throughput and 38% lower overall LLM spend.
  • Voice that keeps up. Built real-time voice assistants that hold a conversation in under 300 milliseconds.
  • Guardrails for a team. Introduced evaluation and a version-controlled prompt system, cutting prompt-related incidents by 60%.

Education 2021 – 2023

Master of Computer Applications — topper

I completed my Master of Computer Applications at Kanpur Institute of Technology and graduated as the topper of the batch — receiving the certificate and medal on stage at the convocation.

What it set in motion

  • A foundation in the fundamentals. Data structures, databases, operating systems and software engineering — the unglamorous basics that every system I build still leans on.
  • Straight into industry. I joined W3villa Technologies in February 2023, as the degree wrapped up, and started building products for real customers.
  • Giving back. Years later I returned to the same college as an alumnus to speak to students about why AI matters for their careers.

Beyond Data Silos: Microsoft Fabric & Azure AI Foundry

I attended this Pune Developers Community meetup, "Beyond Data Silos: Crafting Intelligent Applications with Microsoft Fabric & Azure AI Foundry" — a practical look at how modern enterprises are building AI-powered applications.

What stood out

  • Enterprise AI application development — how unified data platforms and AI services fit together on the way from raw data to production.
  • AI agents and intelligent systems — where agentic patterns genuinely help inside a company.
  • Data and AI integration at scale — keeping the data layer and the AI layer honest with each other.
  • Real-world adoption — how Microsoft’s AI ecosystem is actually being used by teams today.

Thank you to Murari Ramuka for the practical insights, industry experience and a clear view of where enterprise AI is heading — and to the Pune tech community for the conversations.

Nextlevel Backend Developer Challenge — top 3 nationally

Unacademy's Nextlevel Backend Developer Challenge is a national contest judged on how well you design and build backend systems. I finished in the top three more than once.

How it went

  • January 2023 season — 3rd place. A podium finish, with an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite as the prize.
  • 2024 — 2nd nationally, out of more than five thousand participants.
  • Judged on fundamentals — API design and system architecture rather than framework trivia.
  • A habit I kept. Clean boundaries and well-designed contracts between services are still the first thing I look at in any backend I build.
